How we work

1. Fundraising Your Way. If you know you’re ready to launch a store, and don’t need to meet first, choose your store and revenue model. Our team will then email you to welcome you and send you the calendar, to book our initial planning meeting. We will ask you for a few things, such as logos, colors, and fonts. These items will help us to create our vision board for your store. If you’re not sure what type of store you want, or not sure if your organization wants other fundraising initiatives, sign up for a consultation meeting first (Step 2)

2. Dropshipping 101(60 minutes) OR Black Label Strategy & Execution (90-minute start). Dropshipping 101 is the pre-planning meeting to help execute your store properly and precisely. We help you to fine-tune what type of store your organization would benefit best from. Black Label Strategy & Execution is for organizations that want to expand their fundraising initiatives beyond a White Label Merchandise Partner Store. We audit your needs, give you suggestions based on multiples facets, give you 3 separate forecasting options, and map a quarterly plan based on these models

3. Build. Vision board, creative, store/event setup, sponsor deck, staffing plan.

4. Launch + Operate. We run the engine; you approve and celebrate wins.
